11835 Italian M1871/87 Vetterli-Vitali stock. UNCUT and SERVICEABLE.  This is the original 1887 conversion to accept the Vitali magazine for 10.4mm ammunition and not the common Vetterli-Carcano converted stock done during WWI.

13512 Italian M1870 Vetterli Moschetto with reversing cruciform socket bayonet. TORINO 1882  Single shot 10.4mm with dust cover intact.  Bayonet serial number does not match the rifle.  Has rust on 95% of external steel surfaces including the bayonet with some light pitting under most of it.  Bore has one single pitt in the middle but the rest of it is clean and bright with strong rifling and a good crown.  Stock has been well used with lots of little dings and scratches but remains solid with no cracks or large gouges.  I found no defect to any of the mechanical aspects but as always, if you plan to fire it you are responsible for having it certified safe by a competent gunsmith.
